The Saint Ioannis the Precursor Church honours him on the 29th of August. It is also dedicated to Saint Dionysios and Saint Paraskevi. It was built in 1480. The exterior is simple – no shutters and no fancy ornaments. Some of its main characteristics include the bell tower, as well as the roof, which is designed in stages. The ceiling on the interior was painted in 1773. A few distinguished priests have served in this church overtime. You will also be able to admire a few elements in what looks like a little museum. If you are in the old town, the Saint Ioannis the Precursor Church is worth a visit.
