You’re wrong if you think the British Cemetery is for British tourists only. In fact, it represents a well-maintained garden covered in shrubs and flowers. It’s quite calming to walk around and look at the stones. It may sound unusual, but lots of people visit the British Cemetery to find and admire tortoises in the wild. It might take an hour or two to walk around and look under leaves and bushes, but the experience is definitely worth it. Make sure you don’t step on them though, so keep your eyes on the ground as you walk.
