Sometimes referred to as the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of Corfu or the Cathedral of Saint Theodora, this religious place is among the most important landmarks in Corfu. It is dedicated to Panaghia Spiliotissa, Saint Blaise of Sebastea and Saint Theodora the Empress. It was erected in 1577. The relic of Saint Theodora is the most significant attraction on site. According to the locals, it was brought there in 1456, along with the relic of Saint Spyridon. Apart from the religious relics, you will admire the beautifully painted interior as well, not to mention the unique exterior. It is definitely a must if you walk by.
